We make our corn tortillas in-house daily, our sauces from scratch, and our famous margaritas from hand-squeezed limes. El Chile has always been about delicious food and drinks made with the freshest ingredients. We believe in attention to quality, and that’s why we’ve been able to proudly serve the Austin community since 2003.
